There is an unfair tendency to associate American cuisine with fast food or junk food. However, the authentic cuisine of each culture, which careful and loving hands prepare in their homes, is always good food for the body, as well as for the soul. Lucia shares the experience of true American cuisine with pastries or “feet”, ice cream, cakes and other desserts, crafted with centenary recipes, using only selected fruits, natural butter, fine-aromated Andean chocolate, fresh eggs, milk and cream, based on centuries-old recipes. Izinio redesigned the brand and defined a strategy for it to enter the retail area by offering a line of high-quality products and unique flavors.
